Let's do stuff! REGAIN will be facilitating fun events throughout the year as well as letting you know about other events in the area. It's also a good way to find out where REGAIN will be.

Look for hiking, running, kayaking, social events and more coming throughout the year. We will also be posting races and events that we will be at.

If you have a free event (run, fitness class etc) you may submit a post. If you have a paid event please contact us at regain@findingyourmomentum.com
This is also a way to find out more about REGAIN and be eligible for giveaways and ambassadorships.

Join us for a winter hike or run at Bullfrog Lake in Willow Springs. All paces and ages are welcomed. We will have different, color coded routes available on Facebook and
Instagram closer to the event. Afterwards we will head to Imperial Oak Brewery just off Archer Rd at 501 Willow Blvd in Willow Springs.
January 31st, 9am run 11:30 social
Meet at the first lot at Bullfrog Lake, 9600 Wolf Road.
After the run and before the social we will have REGAIN samples, giveaways and discounts!
This is a run at your own risk event and you will need to sign a waiver for you and your family before taking to the trails.
