Let's do stuff! REGAIN will be facilitating fun events throughout the year as well as letting you know about other events in the area. It's also a good way to find out where REGAIN will be.

Look for hiking, running, kayaking, social events and more coming throughout the year. We will also be posting races and events that we will be at.

If you have a free event (run, fitness class etc) you may submit a post. If you have a paid event please contact us at regain@findingyourmomentum.com
This is also a way to find out more about REGAIN and be eligible for giveaways and ambassadorships.

Join us at the Lemont Heritage Quarries at 1001 Lemont Rd. on Saturday July 11th at 10am for a morning/afternoon of kayaking and paddleboarding (must bring own watercraft). After a couple hours of paddling we will head to Pollyanna Brewing (431 Talcott Ave, Lemont) for social. There are typically food trucks in the area and Pollyanna serves smaller items.

Hi friends! We skipped last year on this outing but we are brining it back for this year!
Our Chicago Stars are now playing in Evanston at Northwestern's Martin Stadium. We will have a tailgate an hour before the game and then stay for the match vs Racing Louisville FC.
​
Tickets are just $35 and can be venmo'd to Jason Venckus or zelled at 815-343-8212. This event is open to both adults and children.
