Let's do stuff! REGAIN will be facilitating fun events throughout the year as well as letting you know about other events in the area. It's also a good way to find out where REGAIN will be.

Look for hiking, running, kayaking, social events and more coming throughout the year. We will also be posting races and events that we will be at.

If you have a free event (run, fitness class etc) you may submit a post. If you have a paid event please contact us at regain@findingyourmomentum.com

This is also a way to find out more about REGAIN and be eligible for giveaways and ambassadorships.

New Events!!!!

LOCATION CHANGE!!! Join us at Maple Lake in Palos Township on Saturday August 22nd at 10am for a morning/afternoon of boating. Rowboats, canoes and kayaks can be rented for $25-$30 per hour or bring your own and get a day pass. After a couple hours of paddling we will head to Imperial Oak Brewing (501 Willow Blvd, Willow Springs) for social hour. There will be a burger food truck there and a pizza place right next door.

We are partnering with Tortugas Hiking Club on this one and possibly a couple other clubs. We will meet at the boat launch area of Pierce Lake and run/hike the 4.4 mile trail. Need more miles that day? Do two loops!

Afterwards we will meet at Pig Minds Brewing in Machesney Park. Great beer! Great food (vegan).

REGAIN has it's own aid station at Des Plaines River Trail Races by Ornery Mule Racing. Come join us in supporting runners of the 50K and 50 mile Distances. Come for part of the day or the whole day.

Volunteers get free swag (REGAIN and OMR) and credits towards race discounts.

Theme is not decided yet but we are between Sherwood Forest and Back To The Future.
