REGAIN is a product of necessity. It was developed by triathlete and marathoner Jason Venckus as a recovery tool after long distance events in intense heat. Water is great, but after 3-6 hours in intense heat we need more than plain water. We need electrolytes like potassium, magnesium, phosphorous and calcium. Coconut water provides all of that and with 10 times more potassium than leading sports drinks! In fact most adults need 4800mg of potassium a day! Check your sports drink labels!

Tart cherry juice was added after reading a 2010 New England Journal of Medicine article about a study showing that tart cherry juice can help reduce inflammation and oxidative stress after long bouts of exercise. In addition, tart cherry juice has been shown to lower systolic blood pressure and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol.

Don't like the taste of coconut water? No problem! Simple flavors are added such as lime and lemon juice that also act as natural preservatives. Then just a pinch of pink Himalayan salt.
